Here are some do's and don'ts to be followed during pregnancies. Consult a doctor if you have missed your periods for proper investigation. Regular Antenatal follow up in very important Maintain a healthy, nutritious diet with high protein, high carbohydrate and low fat & sweets. Avoid large meals and eat small meals frequently. Drink plenty of water. Do not self medicate it could harm your baby, and stop all drugs that are not essential. Avoid taking any medication in the 1st 3 months, This could harm your baby .
